1. Payment is due once we contact you to confirm the details of your yard sign display.
2. You will receive an invoice via e-mail from Bee Sweet Yard Cards to complete your transaction. You will click on the secured link that says “Pay Invoice."
3. Please note that all reservations are pre-paid and are not confirmed until payment is received.
4. We can accommodate rush orders. However, it is based on the availability of inventory at that time.
A. Always list your top 3 favorite personal interests/ hobbies as it takes priority in your sign. If it’s not available or already booked you’ll be notified . (Themes are excluded and are additional cost).
5. All packages include a 24 hour rental.
*Rush orders (48 hours or less notice), holidays, holiday weekends and extended day rentals additional fees will apply)*
6. The installation will take place between the hours of 9p-6a. This means we will install either the night before your event or the morning of your event.
7. Please be sure to water your grass the night before your event for a successful install.
1. Cancellations: There will be NO full refunds. You may choose to receive 1/2 of your booking fee, or you may re-schedule within 90 days for the full value that has been paid.
2. Bookings that are placed as same day service or in less than 48 hours will not be eligible for refunds if you need to cancel. You will be able to re-schedule within 90 days for the full value of your purchased package.
3. No refunds will be given for the following:
A. Wrong address provided or wrong event date provided. Please review your information carefully before submitting your reservation.
B. If we are unable to gain access to a gated community after several attempts to contact our customer for access.
•If the homeowner requests that our sign be removed.
C. Unrestrained animals that prevent installation.
D. Any other circumstances that prevent installation and that are out of our control including the Home Owners Association.
E. If we reach the delivery location to install your sign and we experience complications installing. These complications are normally from non- watered grass.
In result, your sign will not be delivered and there will be no refund given.
F. Re-delivery Fee- $40; If Bee Sweet Yard Cards has to accomodate a 2nd attempt to deliver on your behalf.
G. There are no refunds after a failed second attempt to deliver.
6. Inclement weather includes lightening, Hurricanes, extremely high winds, severe thunderstorms and etc. If Bee Sweet Yard Cards has to cancel due to these conditions. You will have the options to receive a full refund or it may be applied to a future service.
1. Bee Sweet Yard Cards are not liable for injury to persons or damage to property as a result of yard card rental and installation.
2. You will be invoiced for damaged or missing display items.
3. Please DO NOT lean, sit, re-arrange, play on or around the display.
4. Please DO NOT remove our signs from the ground.
5. Lawn care should be prohibited during the duration of your rental.
6. Sprinklers should be removed and/ or off during installation hours.
7. All yards must be well groomed and ready for staking. Also, free of debris and pet fecies. If otherwise, your sign will not be delivered and there will be no refund given.
***Bee Sweet Yard Cards will take photos of your display while on property. This will be posted on our social platforms for marketing and advertising purposes only. In addition, it will also be posted to our website. We do encourage our clients to also take lots of pictures as part of your celebration. Please take pride in your display as it was customized and created just for you.
